Program\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fme makam\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye Delegasyonu&#8217;dur.<\/p><p>Program\u0131n ikinci faz\u0131 \u0130MEP-II kapsam\u0131nda, Program ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere BT ekipmanlar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><h4>KATILIM KO\u015eULLARI<\/h4><p>Ba\u015fvuru, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de faaliyet g\u00f6steren ve yerel mevzuat uyar\u0131nca s\u00f6z konusu mal ve hizmetleri sa\u011flamaya yetkili t\u00fcm ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filere a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p><h4>SA\u011eLANACAK EK\u0130PMANLAR<\/h4><p>\u0130steklinin, EDUSER taraf\u0131ndan imzal\u0131 Sipari\u015f Emrini teslim almas\u0131ndan itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde Teknik \u015eartname (TR-V4JII-2026-N-04_TS) uyar\u0131nca talep edilen ekipmanlar\u0131 EDUSER\u2019e teslim etmesi beklenmektedir.<\/p><p>EDUSER, Sipari\u015f Emrini s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzalanmas\u0131n\u0131 takip eden en ge\u00e7 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde d\u00fczenleyecektir.<\/p><h4>\u0130steklilere Bilgilendirme:<\/h4><ul><li>Bu ihale, BT ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n tedariki i\u00e7in tek lot olarak d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130stekliler, Teknik \u015eartnamede yer alan t\u00fcm kalemleri kapsayan bir teklif sunmal\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131smi veya opsiyonel teklifler de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r.<\/li><li>Mali teklif, \u0130hale Dosyas\u0131nda yer alan Mali Teklif Formu kullan\u0131larak T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 (TRY) cinsinden sunulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sat\u0131n alma, AB taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen \u0130MEP-II Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011finden KDV&#8217;den muaft\u0131r. KDV \u0130stisna Belgesi, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzalanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan faturaland\u0131rma s\u00fcrecinde S\u00f6zle\u015fme Makam\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/li><li>Nakliye, teslimat, kurulum ve montaj giderleri teklif edilen toplam fiyata d\u00e2hil edilmelidir. Bu giderler i\u00e7in herhangi bir ilave \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/li><li>\u0130stekliler, Teknik \u015eartnameyi ve Teknik Teklif Formunu dikkatle incelemeli ve teklif edilen her bir kalem i\u00e7in eksiksiz ve do\u011frulanabilir teknik bilgiler sunmal\u0131d\u0131r.
