Center For Continuing Education

Established as the EDUSER’s continuous education center, EDUSEM offers training programmers on capacity building to governmental and private institutions. EDUSEM creates learning opportunities in every aspect of life with the main aim of developing knowledge, capacity and competence and individual and institutional perspective . EDUSEM adjust its standard training packages to the needs of its clients or creates new training packages and implements. EDUSEM takes lifelong learning as the basis of its services.

Training Packages

Project Cycle Management (PCM) Training

With the Project Cycle Management (PCM) methodology used in project design and management for different grant programs, the knowledge and skills of the participants in project design and management are developed.

Participants are also informed about project implementation and financing processes specific to project resources.

Target groups of training;

  • Individuals who want to gain skills in designing, writing and managing projects
  • Companies, NGOs, institutions and organizations that want to provide their personnel with project design, writing and management skills

Method of Training: Training is carried out theoretically and practically with interactive adult education methods in groups of 8-20 people on average and is supported by the documents provided.

Duration of Ttraining: Training is a minimum of 40 hours programme. The training schedule is determined together with the institution / organization.

Applied Vocational Standard Development (DACUM) Training

In the preparation of occupational standards in our country, the DACUM Method, which was developed in Ohio State University and is widely applied in our country as in the whole world, is used. EDUSER Consultancy provides training and post-training supervision services according to additional demand to all relevant institutions / organizations to prepare occupational standards with qualified experts who have received their expertise from this university.

Target groups of training;

  • Labour market organizations that want to create internal capacity and train personnel in preparing occupational standards
  • Vocational training institutions and other institutions/organizations that want to learn and gain to use DACUM Analysis Method in related studies

Method of Training: Training is carried out theoretically and practically with interactive adult education methods in groups of 8-12 people on average and is supported by the provided documents.

Duration of Training: Training is a minimum of 80 hours programme. The training schedule is determined together with the institution / organization.

National Qualification Development Training

National Qualifications, which is used as the main document in the certification of occupations, is prepared by the organizations authorized by Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA) on the basis of occupational standards and approved by the VQA. EDUSER provides post-training supervision services to institutions and organizations that want to carry out national qualification preparation activities in their own capacity.

 Target groups of training;

  • Labour market organizations that want to create internal capacity and train personnel in preparing vocational qualifications
  • Vocational training institutions and other institutions/organizations that want to learn and gain vocational qualification methods to use in related studies

Method of Training: Training is carried out theoretically and practically with interactive adult education methods in groups of 8-12 people on average and is supported by the provided documents.

Duration of Training: Training is a minimum of 80 hours programme. The training schedule is determined together with the institution / organization.

Development of Measurement and Evaluation Tools for Vocational Qualification Certification

In order to be able to issue a Vocational Qualification Certificate based on National Qualifications, it is important that measurement and evaluation tools comply with the conditions defined in the accreditation. In this context, EDUSER provides services for the development of test question banks in accordance with the accreditation rules, the development of assessment-evaluation tools, pilot exams and training of exam commissions.
Training and supervision services are provided to institutions / organizations that want to continue these studies with their own capacities.

Target groups of training;

  • Labour market organizations that want to create an Authorized Examination and Certification Body and create internal capacity and train personnel in the accreditation process for this.
  • Vocational education institutions that want to develop capacity in developing and implementing question banks and assessment-evaluation tools based on competencies

Method of Training: Training is carried out theoretically and practically with interactive adult education methods in groups of 8-20 people on average and is supported by the documents provided.

Duration of Training: Training is a minimum of 40 hours programme. Duration may vary depending on the number of qualifications and content. The training schedule will be determined together with the institution/organization.

Training and Consultancy for Authorized Examination and Certification Body Preparation and Accreditation

As an Authorized Examination and Certification Body, technical consultancy support is provided to institutions / organizations that want to improve their structure and processes according to their technical and administrative conditions. It provides consultancy services to institution / organization personnel in establishing training and documentation on accreditation relations and rules between TS EN ISO / IEC-17024, TS EN ISO 9000-9001, TÜRKAK and VQA Vocational Qualification, Examination and Certification Regulation.
Training and supervision services are provided to institutions / organizations that want to continue these studies with their own capacities.

Target groups of training;

  • Labour market organizations that want to create an Authorized Examination and Certification Body and create internal capacity and train personnel in the accreditation process for this.

Methof of Training: Training is carried out theoretically and practically with interactive adult education methods in groups of 4-10 people on average and is supported by the provided documents.

Duration of Training and Consultancy: Training and consultancy schedule will be determined together with the institution / organization.

Development of Modular Vocational Training Programs

Vocational education and vocational qualifications are one of the most basic areas of expertise of EDUSER. In this context, EDUSER develops modular vocational training programs based on occupational standards and vocational qualifications in accordance with the reality of the labour market. Training and supervision services are provided to institutions / organizations that want to continue these studies with their own capacities.

  • Vocational education institutions that want to develop capacity in developing and implementing modular vocational training programs based on national qualifications.
  • Educators and human resources employees who want to improve their skills and competencies in developing and applying modular vocational training programs based on national qualifications.
  • Labour market organizations, businesses and other relevant institutions and organizations that want to create internal capacity and train staff in developing and implementing modular vocational training programs based on national occupational standards and national qualifications.

Training Planning and Evaluation Application Training

The execution of this service within the framework of the principles of profitability and efficiency, and the safe, continuous, high quality, efficient, low-cost, environmentally conscious service activities depend on a healthy operating system and trained human resources. Continuous strengthening of human resources, equipping them with innovative information according to changing conditions and ensuring continuous improvement are possible with performance improvement training. This will also reveal the training needs of the current and future workforce.
It is necessary to provide more systematic, more planned and need-oriented trainings to employees who produce and offer the service and have to improve themselves with feedback.
EDUSER provides services in determining the known and latent training needs of the employees, programming the determined trainings, applying, evaluating and transferring the gains to the work and measuring the effectiveness of the training.

Career ve Employment Skills Training Package

Career and Employment Skills Training Package consists of programs for students, young people, adults and employees that are structured in accordance with the reality of the business world and unique needs. These trainings are organized according to the applications made both personally and as an institution / organization. The content and planning of Career and Employment Skills Trainings can be created with a preliminary study based on the characteristics and needs of the service users, and existing packages can be applied according to the demand. The main topics of these trainings are:

  • Job, career and human
  • Self-knowledge, self-improvement, monitoring and evaluating job and education opportunities
  • Responsibilities of the individual in the job market
  • Decision making and problem solving in business life
  • Access to employment skills - 1 (job search, preparing professional CV, job interviews)
  • Access to employment skills - 2 (communication and teamwork skills)

Target groups of training;

  • Young and adult individuals who want to improve their skills in employment and labor market retention
  • Young people preparing for business life
  • Schools that want to support their students' career skills
  • NGOs that want to support their target groups on the subject
  • Businesses, institutions and organizations that want to support the employment and career skills of their employees

Method of Training: The training is carried out theoretically and practically with groups of 15-25 people with interactive training methods and is supported by the documents provided. Program and method arrangements are made according to the characteristics and needs of the groups receiving education.

Duration of the training: Training is a minimum of 18 hours programme. The training schedule is determined together with the institution / organization.

Entreprenuership Training and Consultancy

The aim of entrepreneurship training is to spread the entrepreneurship culture, to encourage the entrepreneur candidates who want to start their own business and to inform them about the concept of business plan required to establish a successful business. This training enables entrepreneur candidates to understand the process of starting a business, to believe in the necessity of studies such as feasibility research and business plan in this process and to learn how to do these studies. Applied entrepreneurship training;

  • In-class and group work,
  • Research specific to business ideas,
  • Market inquiry and
  • Making a business plan

includes opportunities. Within the scope of the program, the trainers monitor each participant individually and provide the necessary guidance and coaching support.

Within the scope of this support, entrepreneurs who set up their own business are closely followed by EDUSER experts as long as they request, and coaching support is given to them in solving the problems they encounter.

Montessori Training

"The primary task of education is to prepare the most suitable environment for the child to support his development, where he can find everything that will enable him to be independent." - Maria Montessori

The fact that the process is at the forefront in the evaluation of the child in education draws attention to the Montessori method. Because the Montessori is a method that gives each child the opportunity to learn in their own style and pace, and accepts the school not as a laboratory but as life itself. On the application of the Montessori Method in pre-school education; it is a training program based on the Montessori philosophy and the use of materials.

KLAX Training Model

“What you can teach your child should not be limited to what you know, because she /he was born at a different time than you and will live beyond you!”

The model, which is to raise people who are responsible for themselves and their environment, aims to raise children who are capable of self-organizing the learning process. With this model, children will need in the changing and developing world; creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, social and emotional competence, self-learning skills, self-organizing skills and intercultural and global competence skills are supported.

Values Education in Preschool Period

Creating the values of an institution is a journey towards the preparation of a training plan based on these values. In the framework of the program created within the scope of activities that can be applied with the methods and techniques of processing values with children, it will also be created by specializing with the contributions of the participants.

Designing Functional Educational Environments in Preschool Education

It is desirable that the places where the education process is passed should serve the education process. In this training program, which is organized to design environments where children can learn on their own, it will be focused on raising the awareness of educators regarding the features that should be considered in environment arrangements. At the same time, it will be discussed on the case studies on the strength of a well-organized educational environment and its contributions to classroom management will be emphasized.

First Aid Training in Preschool Period

It consists of a program content that takes into account the physical environment regulations of the institution staff and families for children, who are the target audience of pre-school education institutions.

Under the first aid program:

  • Points to be considered in physical environment arrangements (indoor and outdoor),
  • Possible accident and danger situations in 0-6 years old children,
  • Required interventions in first aid in accidents and injuries,
  • Examples of simple first aid intervention activities that can be done with children,
  • Issues that should be shared with families (informing about a possible accident process that may occur at school as well as simple first aid information)
