“Development of Teacher Employment Projections, Strategies and Systems”

The overall aim of the Project was to develop, plan and implement human resources in the field of Turkish education by preparing the teacher supply-demand projections for the period until 2023 and developing national teacher employment policy, as well as building up and activate IT based system in order to perform teacher planning.

In this context; supply and demand for teachers by years and territories/cities were analysed, the factors which effect supply-demand of teachers were determined, regional and local teacher employment models and related strategy document were developed and regional and local teacher employment models and related strategy document were prepared.
