Program Title

Improving the employment prospects for the Syrian refugees and host communities by high-quality VET and apprenticeship in Turkey (VET4JOB)

Qualifications & Skills

Associate, undergraduate or graduate degree
Being able to work in English is an asset
Computer literacy
Be proficient in collecting data and executing researches
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Very good reporting skills
Experience in conducting literature reviews
Ability to collect and analyse data in an objective manner
Vast experience regarding the vocational education system in Turkey

General Professional Experience

At least 20 years of professional working experience.

Specific Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in working on SMEs and tradesmen and craftsmen
Working experience with Professional Organizations (e.g. TESK, TOBB, TISK and their sub-organisations, related NGOs)
Minimum one year of experience related to VET
Experience in conducting research, monitoring and reporting will be asset
